I found when I was on a reduced calorie, low fat (30 gramms a day) diet, I had the worst time sleeping. Habitualy, I would eat something at 1:30am just because I had to get up and go to work the next day. A quick snack would put me out like a light.

Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
