SS BHP

Mauser Medic does Ugly Gun Sundays, and I enjoy looking at the trashed guns he finds. Now imagine........what would happen if Bubba joined the skinheads and began engraving handguns?

Yeah, that's right, the Neo Nazi Browning Hi Power. Starting at $4,800.00 on Gun Broker. More pics there.
Damn that's ugly.

i wouldn't pay ten cents for that gun, much as i'd enjoy having a high-power that one is trashed.

  2. Damn! That's a good one; primitive, ugly, and offensive in both political statement and the mutilation of an otherwise fine pistol. I'm jealous :)

The seller lives in Chicago (zip code 60605) ... yet is selling handguns.

Maybe they're permitted under a curio and relic license? Or maybe the seller's a cop.

actually, it looks as if all you'd have to do was take the grip panels off, run them through the wood chipper, then burn the chips... the engraving on the actual pistol seems mostly benign. unless there's something awful on the flip side, of course.

if it were me, the pimptastic gilded hammer and controls'd have to go, too; can't stand such bling. but that may be just me.

What did the poor gun do to deserve that from a Nazi imbecile?

Looks like the slide's one for the scrap bin...

Safety, slide stop and hammer need the gold stripping off (potassium cyanide does the job without harming steel) then shot blasting and bluing, or parkerizing.

I wonder what horrors lurk in the sear, hammer notch, and feed ramp areas...

  7. If you check out the seller's business home page, you'll see that this is apparently a Mexican Nazi PHP. I call it "The Zimmerman Telegram".

  9. dropdownstairs,
It looks like a ramped barrel to me, so the answer is no, unless you want to do a lot, and I mean a lot, as in frame cutting, to fit the barrel.
