Ugly Gun Sunday

Here we have a pistol fitting for a San Francisco pimp. I don't know what kind of firearm this abomination started out as, but whatever it was, it's ruined now. The iridescent finish, shields and weird conglomeration of Helen of Troy as a crusader........Damn, I just don't know what to say. Somebody, some where, is proud of this ugly piece of worthless crap.

    It looks like the new TiNi finish that Sig is putting on their guns.
    I saw a few yesterday at the gunshop. They had a couple of 232 that looked just like that minus the grips.

    There is no accounting for taste.

    That's a Sig P210. It's made in Switzerland, and this particular commemerative shows Helvetia. She's like the Swiss eqivalent of Lady Liberty. The other decoration on the pistol shows the shields of Switzerland's many provinces (cantons) in the Helvetic Confederation. And yes, it's ugly.

    Dude, I gotta start reading comments like that earlier in the day. I got folks sleeping in my house!

    And a 210?!? Geez. Someone needs to have their head examined. I'd gladly buy someone a 92 or something if they wanna do something like that. Let me keep the otherwise perfectly good 210, thankyouverymuch.
