Love the 41, picked up a 4 5/8" bbl Blackhawk in 41 a while back and just found a Taurus 415 with ported 3" bbl and now I'm on the hunt for a Marlin lever action in 41 to go along with my other Revolver/Lever Action combo's in .45 Colt & 357 Magnum.
I prefer the 41 over the 357 for car carry. One great round that doesn't really get the respect it should.
I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
Great! Now I gotta have one of those.
ReplyDeleteThanks!

Interesting.
ReplyDeleteReading the text of the ad implies that the cartridge is a .41 Special, with the .41 magnum as an "also available" option.
I know that this was back in the day when they were pushing the .41 as the new police caliber, but was there actually ever a .41 Special produced?
If so, it died so quickly that I never heard of it. Shame, really.

ReplyDeleteNice Model 58s are so elusive. :(
ReplyDeleteIs that Mr. Pink, pointing that gun at us?
ReplyDeleteHe should have just left a tip and prevented this whole escalation of force thing.
