The perp is lucky it wasn't OO buck or a slug in that case.
a 3" .410 has room for about 5 OO buck say 3 or 4 if they're home cast with music wire linking them into a bolo (though it might take some explaining as to just why you went to those lengths).
curious, the LEO commented or it sounds like he was commenting that the Home owner in this case was not able to retreat and that is why it was a good shoot.
Now he may have been inferring but I thought Texas has the same as Louisiana and we have a castle doctrine..
I personally would have waited till the BG was inside.. but hey.. thats me
I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
Any gun is better than none. Good for old fellow, and lucky for the perp it wasn't a 12 gauge.
ReplyDeleteLucky for the perp/shame for the rest of us.
ReplyDeleteIn any case, proof positive that the only shots that matter are the ones which connect.
Jim
There's nothing wrong with a .410.
