LTC Randolph C. White Jr. delivers the graduation speech for the newest batch of Infantrymen to complete training at Ft. Benning, Georgia, on April 21st, 2006.
LTC Randolph P. White , Jr. will eventually be on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. You heard it from me first.
Thank you for posting his speech. That is what military service is all about whether you are "on line" , cook , KP , guard duty or a "weekend warrior" they have committed to action and service to their country .
A noble calling dutifully performed by professionals. God bless them all.
I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
Very moving and inspiring.
ReplyDeleteAnother reason We DONT lose...
ReplyDeleteour commanding officers.
I'd wish the opportunity to buy that man a beer sometime....
He did a nice job. I thought the crowd was kind of slow to react. If I had been there I would felt the need to do some cheerleading.
ReplyDeleteI like the "no-nonsense" tone in his voice as he describes the differences between men of action and those who are not.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! Thanks for posting that, Xavier!
