A red dot sight(Bushnell? Eotech?) instead of a scope? Weren't those some fairly long shots? Seems strange to me.....

What seems strange to me is that it has been 4 years since these scum were caught red-handed.
Justice delayed is justice denied. They should be 3 years dead.

Ermmm ... you fell for media incompetence.

The shots were all done at less than 100 yards ... they had loop-holed the rear trunk lid of a full sized car, the rear seat-backs were removed, and the 17 year-old was shooting prone while lying on the rear seats and the trunk.

He would fire a 3 round burst from the trunk, and the older terrorist would just quietly drive away.

As I recall, the BATFE was all over this, as they suspected the carbine was converted to 3-rd burst fire.
