Xavier is a Registered Nurse who specialized in complex wound care. He has practiced for over fourteen years in his community. He often provided nursing service in areas where law enforcement refused to enter without back-up. Xavier now works in surgery. Xavier has been an avid shooter for over 30 years. He strongly supports the 2nd Amendment, opposes gun control of any sort, and carries a weapon 24 hours a day. Xavier is known on various internet gun forums as XavierBreath. He is married with three children, and is moderated by an apathetic one eyed cat, a goofy Golden Retriever, and a stalwart German Shepherd Dog. One day, he hopes to be deserving of them all.

4. Be sure of your target and what lies beyond it
The Five Rules of Concealed Carry

2. Know exactly when you can use your gun.
3. If you can run away -- RUN!
4. Display your gun, be prepared to go to jail.
5. Don't let your emotions get the best of you.

Glad you're okay. That stuff ain't no joke.
Sign yourself out against Dr.'s orders - what're they going to do, arrest you?
I just dealt with the same thing two weeks ago. I didn't even realize the human body could hold as much water as I expelled..

If a patient leaves AMA (against medical advice) insurance will not pay....I was a financial hostage. Next time I'll just go to the OR and hook myself up.......
Missed your words. Glad you're back.
That doesn't seem right... if insurance is going to pay for an extra 2 days in the hospital, they should insist that doctors work on Sunday.
Why couldn't someone have signed you out on Sunday? It would have benefited everyone (except the hospital).
If you had gone in Friday night, would you have been admitted? or would they have released you on Saturday?
I'm glad you're ok.
I was starting to get worried. Unfortunately, I don't know what I could have possibly done from a couple thousand miles away...
getting really sick is always a good way to get a start on some decent weight loss numbers.
We were starting to wonder where you were!! Glad to hear your feeling better.
Ouch, I know what that's like, a couple times. Glad to see you're feeling better now.
Glad you're back. You've gotta admit -- blogging beats projectile vomiting any day!
