A Marine Corps staff sergeant who led the squad accused of killing two dozen civilians in Haditha, Iraq, will file a lawsuit today in federal court in Washington claiming that Rep. John P. I sure hope he can get around the congressional crap you KNOW they're going to TRY and throw up in front of him. I hope he wins, both in his civil suit AND with the UCMJ charges you know they're going to bring while leading his troops in COMBAT.
It's amazing how the folks who make the law are outside the law.
