While my first reaction to this video is disgust, my strongest thought here is how %*#@ tough this old vet was.
I wish I could take a couple dozen punches when I'm 91 years old, and then be able to talk about it later on TV. The vet even knocked off the attacker's stupid stolen designer sunglasses. Even more impressive, he seems to merely want the perp to go to jail, not to beat or kill the man - the vet still believes in the rule of law. It's behavior like this that makes me proud of those who have served our country.
Note that it wasn't just the car Mr. Goblin wanted. If he just wanted the car he could have pushed Mr. Sims down and taken the keys with little trouble.
Nope, he also wanted to beat the stuffing out of an old man too.
the liberal line "Just Give Them What they want..." Rings with a sinister note there.
Some people with CCW say it's only for protection of themselves and their families, that they won't get involved.
If you see this, and you don't get involved, you're trash. Especially if you've got the means to stop it easily.
The thing that disturbed, besides the actually attack, was the bystanders doing nothing to help.
I don't think that any commentary is needed. The news report pretty much says it all.
I can't watch that video again right now. Thank god he lived, and I wish I could say what I hope comes to the piece of human trash that beat him, but as a gentleman I just don't have the words.
And the equally worthless meatbags that stood there watching it happen - one can only hope that they're put in a tight situation soon, and those who witness it follow the same lead. Maybe then they'll give a damn about human life.

Kill the auto-start, and make Protein behave, and my blood pressure will thank you.

That film infuriates me every time I see it; what the hell kind of people stand around and watch an old guy get bullied and beaten by some cowardly rat-bastard punk? I don't look for scraps with people, but I would have had to step in and try to put that POS in the hospital. I just hope he gets to spend some time in lockup with some skinheads.
since he could have taken the car without the excess violence,I expect the perp is being investigated on "hate crime" charges?after all,what could his motivation have been?

So let's remember his name: Deonte Bradley. He's 22 years old in 2007.
A good-looking black man who apparently had his health. I'm sure he'll make many friends in prison.
But he'll be out before long, so go ahead and memorize that name. Deonte Bradley.
