The city of New Orleans survived Katrina, and it surely will survive these two fools. And I thought Massachusetts was bad....

Woo-Hoo! I am so glad to see the "Idiots" series back! This picture is a reminder that hurricane Katrina destroyed Mississippi, but human incompetence destroyed New Orleans.
