The Shaffer Shifter

Do your targets move? Criminals don't slowly swing back and forth, at least not outside of Texas. Their movements are rapid, erratic, and they frequently shoot back at you.

Can you get hits consistently while moving yourself? Are you planning to just stand there and shoot, or do you plan to seek concealment or cover as you return fire?

Are you as prepared to defend your life as you need to be?

Something to think about today.........

That borders on creative genius! Looks to be pretty effective too; not to mention a whole lotta fun!

Call it:Sporting Clays meets Hogan's Alley.
Probably a lot of fun but "training". Not really.

this is square range shooting with a little bit of PT mixed in for the 'swinger'.

GET OFF THE X! (thanks Gabe Suarez).
If I had a dollar for every time I heard my Ssgt say "I'm up. He sees me. I'm down." I'd be a rich man.
Shooting from concealment is the final reduction of manuever warfare. Fire your weapon and move! Which one you do first determines whether or not you correctly sized up the situation.
Ask yourself : "Who would be harder to hit? The swinging target? Or the fat guy in the photog's vest?
