Horn Case to the Grand Jury
"Don't go out the house," the dispatcher cautions in a measured voice. "You're gonna get yourself shot if you go outside that house with a gun."
"Wanna make a bet? I'm gonna kill 'em."
"Stay in the house......"
"They, they're gettin' away!"
The Joe Horn case has gone before a Grand Jury in Houston Texas.

He will probably get a NO BILL from the grand jury.
He certainly wasn't in fear for his life or the lives of others. So legally in a lot of states, that's murder. Morally, I think it was murder as well.
I think he should be put in jail based on the 911 call. If there wasn't that evidence, I would have given him the benefit of the doubt. There is no doubt here.
I too think he will be no billed by the GJ, because he's in Texas. I'm from Texas and we have a long tradition of allowing deadly force in the defense of property.
I'd say he made one or two poor choices of action, but I won't say to which actions I refer.
On the other hand...
