I know this is a peripheral issue but WHY OH WHY does the range officer have his gat stuck in the back of his belt?

I'm thinking maybe the officer should give that spare to the cameraman, who can just "idly" wave it at that dumb reporter, maybe then she can get a clue!

And she's stupid enough to think it's funny. But then the RO apparently does, too.

Gee, nothing serious about finger on the trigger and pointing it at the camera operator.

Airhead.

"Gee, like, these things are like, really dangerous." "This gun could have hurt someone."

Obviously the reporter didn't receive much training before handling the weapon. She is in violation of rules 1, 2, and 3. Quite possibly number 4, Also, not letting the range officer complete his instruction without interrupting should have brought her a scathing admonishment.

"Like yeah!" OK! Right! As though she really knew that ...but forgot.

No eye protection, either. Can't really tell if she had earplugs.

Overall a good start to producing a "what not to do" video.

That's the problem with a lot of folks in the media-- they already know everything and are unable to learn or be trained.

It's all fun and games until someone loses a life.

Wow, when I started watching I really thought that this video was going to end with her shooting herself in the leg or foot. Then, when she started waving the thing around toward the camera my heart skipped a couple times. This is one of the scariest videos I have ever seen where no one actually gets hurt!
