I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
More great stuff form the awesome S&W!
ReplyDeleteThat recall was issued was nearly five years ago.

S&W makes very good 1911's and supports them well. Every manufacturer can have issues. The question is what do they do about it. S&W did the right thing.
ReplyDeleteand in other news........ ;^P
ReplyDeleteYou can have S&W. I'd NEVER buy a S&W pistol.
ReplyDeleteRevolver, hell yeah, but not a pistol.
I have about 6,500 rounds now through my S&W 1911 Scandium, almost all of them fired quickly. Never a hiccup. The extractor has never, ever failed. It's a great carry gun. Excellent trigger. Only thing I'd change would be more visible sights--my eyes aren't as good as they once were. Three buddies, after trying mine, have bought their own and had the same satisfaction.
