On this little pistol you can have the safety on, blocking the hammer, as you decock.
You can also leave it cocked and eliminate the possibility of an unintentional discharge while decocking.
This incident really shows the value of following the four rules.
I don't understand why he used a LOADED magazine to defeat the magazine safety.
