Nothing that can't be fixed by unbolting the crap and sending the gun off for your gun refinishing of choice.

Taurus has a lot of gold colored guns in their catalog.

From this weekend's William Hoffeld Estate auction. This is a Hollywood modified gun reportedly used in the 1999 movie "Mystery Man" with William Macy and Ben Stiller. Firing pin was removed, muzzle threaded for blank adapter, and barrel modified to fire blanks only, also fitted with C-more sight. Estimated value: 350-550. Two were offered with slight differences.

I love the blued, dome-top flat blade screw sitting countersunk in the gold-plated compensator.
