It's a very interesting discussion on that podcast but I was thinking that the argument about the shooter "accidentally" cocking the revolver and thus being "negligent" instead of willfully defending his/her live would go out the window if more than one shot was fired into the threat.

Xav, I thought there would be many responses to the link you provided.

As for me, listening to the podcast was a wake up notice, even though none of my handguns have ever had any mods.
