Ugly Gun Sunday

Ordinarily, I enjoy old 22 pistols. This one, however, I might pass by, unless it was offered at the original retail price.

Interesting to see the company was in Washington DC.

Xavier, Xavier, Xavier... you are such a gun snob!! It is a simple single shot pistol, that makes reloads faster by automatic ejection... and if it decently priced, I see nothing wrong with it. It may not be anyone's favorite gun, but I see a certain functional beauty in it... I wonder if it can be converted to semiauto with a little garage workshop tinkering?!?

Really? I kinda like the way it looks. Nice curves on the grip, and that skinny barrel is at least unusual looking.

The address in the ad is five blocks from the White House. Hopefully there will be at least one gunshop in D.C. one day.

It looks as if you took the picture, Xavier. Did you shoot the pistol?

The photo kind of looks like you shot it. Did you shoot the pistol as well?

$19.95

Wow. I can't remember what I paid for my first pistol, but it was a heck of a lot more than that.

I just sold my Ruger Mark III to a shooting pal. It was accurate, fun and an absolute tear to put back together after a good cleaning.

Looks like something that would have been found in a movie suitable for Mystery Science Theater 3000.

My first thought was that someone "bubbafied" a Ruger MkI.
