I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.

ReplyDeleteMr. Penn came to N.O. after Katrina, had a boat with him, and claimed he was going to help the people the Gov. didn't care about. Or something along those lines...
ReplyDeleteIf I recall correctly, the boat was for 5 people, but there were four people in it from the start, one of them was Mr. Penns personal photographer, obviously indespensible. So there was no room for any people that needed rescuing...
The picture shows Mr.Penn minutes after putting said boat in the water, trying to keep the boat floating since noone in his entourage remembered to put in the plug in the hull, so water kept rushing in...
I especially like how he's the only one around wearing armor.

That one is funny too, considering who he is and what he stands for.
of course he could have helped by writing a (huge) check but that might not have appeared so heroic to the camera.
