Semper Fi

A Marine Corps staff sergeant who led the squad accused of killing two dozen civilians in Haditha, Iraq, will file a lawsuit today in federal court in Washington claiming that Rep. John P. Murtha (D-Pa.) defamed him when the congressman made public comments about the incident earlier this year. More

    I sure hope he can get around the congressional crap you KNOW they're going to TRY and throw up in front of him. I hope he wins, both in his civil suit AND with the UCMJ charges you know they're going to bring while leading his troops in COMBAT.
