A Hush Falls Over the Crowd

The liberal criminal hugging news media was expecting vindication and proof that the death penalty is not only cruel and unusual, but unjustly applied state sanctioned murder of innocent victims of the justice system.

Roger Keith Coleman raped and murdered his sister-in-law in 1981.
Roger Keith Coleman was indeed guilty of the gruesome murder of 19-year-old Wanda McCoy, who was found raped, stabbed and nearly beheaded in her home in the coal mining town of Grundy, Virginia. The DNA tests reveal there is a one in 19 million chance that semen found on the victim's body belonged to someone else. 1 in 19,000,000.
The verdict was just.
It seems death row inmates may lie to save their skins.
The debate over Coleman's guilt, which has raged since he was executed in 1992 is finally over. James C. McCloskey, of Centurion Ministries, a New Jersey charity that investigates wrongful convictions, said he felt betrayed by the man whose last words included the statement, "An innocent man is going to be murdered tonight."

"How can somebody, with such equanimity, such dignity, such quiet confidence, make those his final words even though he is guilty?" McCloskey asked.

Maybe it's because he was a murdering rapist who had a penchant for lying Mr. McCloskey. Or, perhaps he was a raping murderer who lies as a pastime. Maybe he was a murdering liar who raped. Or a raping liar who murdered. As he burns in an exclusive pit of hell reserved for liars, rapists and murderers, may he know there is no longer doubt as to his guilt, at least among sane people.
