GHWB in his re-election bid faced complete fabrications about his war record, with one lie being that he ditched his plane and let his crew die, and another that he bombed a civilian installation.
IOW, it was the TXANG memo WITHOUT the pajama-clad bloggers to expose it as fraud...
this takes the effing cake. Algor should take him on as his running mate for the 08 election.
