Wishing that God would "damn the attackers," all the time isn't exactly Christian or Godly. God himself "Desires not the death of a sinner, but that he convert and live." It's blasphemy to contradict God's will while at the same time bringing him into a curse of anyone. God wants no one to go to hell. Not even the most evil criminal on the face of the earth.

"God wants no one to go to hell. Not even the most evil criminal on the face of the earth."

Then why would Godallow hell to even exist? Yeah Toast!

Do you want your child to go to prison? No? Then why does prison exist?

People go to prison because they chose to forfeit their proper role in society. People go to hell because they choose to forfeit God's will for them of living a good life. They reject God, and choose to spend eternity apart from God. God doesn't want it, but he allows it, just as he allows sin.

Sans,
I'm a hard core believer (check my profile), but, man, you got me wondering here. What does "damning attackers" have to do with toast?

YEAH, TOAST!

To answer Barbara, God created hell for the devil and his angels. (Matthew 25:41) Although it was prepared for Satan, the unforgiven will go there. (Revelation 20:15) I imagine one of the last things the unforgiven will hear Jesus say is...

YER TOAST!

Remember the Loaves and fishes?
They probably cooked the fish and had some toast! Hell is for non-toast believers!

Did not God create Hell? He created everything, right? He can do away with anything, right?

Because Hell is there, and God allows it to exist, he must want it to be there, or he doesn't care.

God created people who will be condemned to Hell in the end. If man has free will, then God can not be all knowing. He could know each hair of your head before you are born. Your fate is sealed, the die is cast, and you can not escape it. Before you are born, you are either going to heaven or Hell, according to scripture.

So, your God creates people who will spend eternity suffering in a lake of fire he created and which he allows to exist. He must find some profit or at least amusement in this to allow it to happen. He could stop it with a twitch of his finger and a wiggle of his whiskers. But he does not. Some kind of all loving God you have there kid.

You need to open your eyes to this god you blindly worship.

Barbara,

You've got a lot of misconceptions about Christianity.

YEAH, TOAST!

Barbara, C.S. Lewis (author of the children's books "The Chronicles of Narnia) also wrote some excellent, easy-to understand books. One of them was precisely on that topic: "How can sin, hell and suffering possibly exist while there is an all-powerful, all-loving, all-good God?" It's called "The Problem of Pain." It will answer all those questions to a T, to your satisfaction, I guarantee.

Yeah Toast!
