Given
We exchanged gifts today, both for Christmas and tomorrow's wedding. Absolutely no question about it. It was the right gift.
FWIW, he gave me 100 rounds of 45ACP...... again.

Xavier,
Merry Christmas and Congratulations to you and your daughter. Seems she learned to "Choose Wisely..." from someone; I can only surmise that it was you and her mother.
Tis a righteous exchange sir.
Congratulations in accepting a fine addition to your family.
Happy Hollidays.
You left the pawn shop price tag on? How crass.
He does look pleased.
stay safe.
One lucky guy. Your daughter, a great gun from you, and oh yeah, a great Father-in-Law with vast knowledge to benefit from.
Tell me, when he first courted your daughter, did you ever do the "cleaning guns scenario" to tease him about treating your daughter right?
Zdog,
Yeah, you're right. I have a feeling he might have a use for 45ACP from now on......
Hopefully I won't get socks next year.......
Skidmark,
That's that new Colt hangtag....... I haven't seen one in a while either..... ;)
Anon,
She brought him to the range to meet me......

Xav, of all the photos you’ve posted on your blog, this one I admire most. It’s not only technically superior but handily illustrates both joy and relaxed acceptance.
Looks like you’ve done a fine job of building a family.
God bless you all. That is just a wonderful gift.
Are those grips some of the grips that have been advertised/reviewed on this site?
