It's been a few days. I'm unable to determine if the criminal has been nabbed.

He may never be nabbed if he dies from the wounds. It appears he was wounded pretty seriously. His buddy(ies) may just dump his body rather than risk getting arrested themselves.

  3. LOL
From My home town, That area of town has always had a history of crime. I was on that street a few years ago and had a crack head put a 45 in my chest one day while doing CableTV work. Crime has been increasing in the inner city, the streets used to have 2 patrols one by city police and the county sherrif's used to patrol downtown, I was working a bar in town but with a shooting each month near there I came back out to the suburbia's...
Ohio has Almost 200,000 Concealed Handgun Liscenees. The county to the immediate east of Cincy has the most issued in the state.
Good to see you still at it Xavier,
    Joe the CableGuy from Cincinnati.

  6. Barely on-topic... but as I dropped by your blog today to check your updates, the last thing I was expecting to see was a news clip from the TV station I work at. ;)

  7. So a guy is just looking for some money, probably out of desperation, and gets shot or killed? Hardly something to celebrate.

  8. People who live in the Hale Apartments should definitely be armed.

bruce so your saying that if someone came into your house trying to rob you just "out of desperation" you wouldnt defend yourself, cmon dont have sympathy for this guy, if he wanted money badly enough he would go out and get a job instead of taking it from some old guy

I reserve the right to not publish ignorant ill-informed and filthy comments from vile cretins who have a four letter vocabulary. Further, anonymous comments with strong opinions and personal attacks may be rejected. If you want to voice a strong opinion, at least have the courage to sign your name to it. You don't even have to use your name, make something up so the next person can address your comment without confusion.
