Joe Horn Vindicated

Joe Horn, the Pasadena Texas neighbor who shotgunned two thieves while on the phone with 911 has been no-billed by a Grand Jury.

That's right. Horn killed two burglars who were stealing belongings from his neighbor's home, shooting each with a 12 gauge pump shotgun while the 911 operator told him to stay inside his home. Unless further compelling evidence emerges, which is not likely, Horn will not face a criminal trial.

Horn's Pasadena neighborhood is being patrolled by fleets of police officers this afternoon, due to the past protests organized by resident hate monger Quanell X.

Horn Case to the Grand Jury

"I ain't going to let them get away with this. They stole something. They got a bag. I'm doing it.".

"Don't go out the house," the dispatcher cautions in a measured voice. "You're gonna get yourself shot if you go outside that house with a gun."

"Wanna make a bet? I'm gonna kill 'em."

"Stay in the house......"

"They, they're gettin' away!"

The Joe Horn case has gone before a Grand Jury in Houston Texas.

More on the Pasadena Perps

It seems a plainclothes Pasadena detective had just arrived on the scene and was an eye witness to the shotgun shooting of Hernando Riascos Torres (Miguel Antonio DeJesus) and Diego Ortiz in Pasadena Texas by Joe Horn.Hernando Riascos Torres (Miguel Antonio DeJesus) and Diego Ortiz Police are investigating whether the two toe tagged Johnnys were part of a crime ring linked to burglaries and the use of fake immigration documents.

Further, Leticia Zamarripa, a spokeswoman for the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, states the two Columbians were in the United States illegally. The pockets of the leaky Ortiz contained a Puerto Rican identification card. Ortiz had two aliases. Torres had identification cards from Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He had three aliases. Men of the world.....The white bag the men stole from a home in the 7400 block of Timberline contained almost $2,000 in cash.

So let me get this straight.......American crack dealer and Black Panther hate monger Quanell X supports Diego Ortiz and Hernando Riascos Torres because they are were.....Quanell X.Thieves in the night? Or is it because they are were Columbians entering the U.S. illegally to commit crimes? Is it because they are were Bogata Muslims? Is it because they are men stiffs of a dark toned skin? Is it because Mr. Horn is Caucasian? Or is there another connection......Perhaps his distress is because the owners of the house Ortiz and Torres robbed are legal immigrants with Vietnamese surnames? Maybe it is because Quanell X needs racist injustice to eat. So.......Quanny, how about the racist injustice of two black thugs targeting immigrants and breaking into a dwelling owned by law abiding oriental business people to steal their hard earned money? The truth doesn't fit does it?

"Mr. Horn did not have to kill those men. We believe that Mr. Horn became judge jury and executioner at the same time," declared Mr. X over a bullhorn in front of Joe horn's home on December 2, 2007. Fine Mr. X. Believe what you want. Just get the hell off the man's grass.

"Just because a cat gave birth to kittens in the oven don't make them biscuits." - Quanell X

Just because a white man kills two black thieves in Texas doesn't make it a racist event you bigot.

Shooting in Pasadena Texas

A 911 dispatcher instructed Joe Horn to stay inside while two thieves made off with his neighbor's property.

"It's alright. Property's not worth killing over, OK? Don't go out the house. Don't be shootin' nobody. I know you're pissed and you're frustrated, but don't do it."

"They got a bag of loot!"

"Which way are they going?" the dispatcher asked.

"I can't......I'm going outside, I'll find out," replied Horn. The dispatcher protested, trying to keep Horn inside his home. "Here it goes buddy, you hear the shotgun clicking, and I'm going."

"Move...You're dead!" BLAM! BLAM! Blam!

Officers arrived several moments later. Two men criminals were recently deceased, shot by a 12 gauge at approximately 15 feet. One was across the street, and the other had collapsed two houses down behind a bank of mailboxes in the Village Grove East subdivision.

Texas Penal Code states a person can use deadly force to defend another person's property if he reasonably believes he has a legal duty to do so or the property owner had requested his protection.

"Any loss of life casts permanent devastation over the lives of everyone involved," Horn said. "The events of that day will weigh heavily on me for the rest of my life. My thoughts go out to the loved ones of the deceased."
